Common questions.

I have an active leak right now — what should I do?

Fill the form above and flag the damage type as 'Active leak' or recency 'Within 24h'. We'll call your phone within the hour and dispatch a mitigation crew the same day.

My insurance claim was denied. Can you help?

Yes. Denied claims are reviewed by a licensed public adjuster on our team. Most denials have appeal paths the original adjuster missed. Bad-faith carrier behavior is referred to insurance counsel.

Will I have to pay out of pocket?

In most cases, no. Restoration crews bill insurance directly. Public adjusters work on a contingency capped at state regulation. Uninsured situations are quoted separately.

What does '24-hour dispatch' actually mean?

An IICRC-certified mitigation crew is on your property within 24 hours of submission, often same-day in major metros. Active-intrusion files (water still flowing) get prioritized to same-hour scheduling.

Do you handle mold?

Yes. Containment, removal, and post-remediation testing per IICRC S520 standard. Often covered as part of a water-damage claim if filed promptly.

What if I haven't filed insurance yet?

We can advise on whether and how to file. Filing prematurely with incomplete documentation is a common reason claims are denied or under-paid.

Don't wait. Damage gets worse by the hour.

File the report. We're on the way.
